The main component of rose cut diamonds is foiled back and is set in silver which is typical for the era. It is attached to what seem to be a later shank crafted in 14kt gold with hallmarks accordingly. Overall head on the ring measures approx 17.5x12mm. The ring is currently a US Size 8 and is fully sizable.
